This solution is for cases when there is a need to send birthday wish emails to employees. We have developed this solution to minimize the time spent on this task. Now HR no longer needs to search for the employees who have birthdays and write the corresponding emails, we have automated this process end to end. They must provide employee data with their date of birth and the user's Gmail account credentials. They can keep the employee data locally in the project folder or they can use Google sheets also.

  

If a user wants to keep data on the Google Drive sheets then the user needs to provide Google client ID and Client secret generated by the user's own Google account. 

  

We have attached a document describing how this process works.

  

In the future, we will enhance this process to send birthday notifications on other portals.

This is a general solution for all organizations that can be used to send birthday wishes via Gmail to employees.
