Box is a cloud content management, file sharing and e-signature service, primarily focused on businesses. Box customers can now manage their files, folders, permissions, and e-signature creation etc., directly from a UiPath Robot. The Integration Service connector includes curated activities and events most likely to be used in automations, particularly bulk operations that need to be done via API.
This package includes the following activity highlights:
Create new sign requests on existing Box documents including multiple signatories, email subjects and email messages all within a single activity
Cancel/Resend/Pull existing Sign Requests
Add event triggering for other automations including if a sign request is completed and if it expires or is rejected
Create, update, delete files
Upload and download files for use in subsequent activities (particularly within Studio Web)
Add event triggering for other automations for files being updated or created
Create, update, delete folders
Add event triggering for other automations for folders being updated or created
Additionally, you are able to freely interact with any other objects/resources available through the 2.0 version of the Box API by using the Object category.
This package requires the Integration Service in Automation Cloud.
