CaptureFast - OCR and Extraction

Is it only for documents or can I use blobs of text as input? I have a list of addresses, not structured in the perfect manner. For example, some times the address has the name of the building, sometimes it has the address line 2 on the same line as address line 1, and sometimes on a separate line, sometimes not at all (which is understandable), but I need to be able to extract the correct street address 1, 2, city, state and zip from a given blob of text, just as a human would be able to do. Is that possible with Capturefast?

Can anyone post the xaml file of the this process?
