This Framework is intended to provide exception handling for non-transactional processes. It includes Init, Process, and End Process States.
Retries, if enabled, will be triggered by Application Errors, and will cause the entire process to run again after re-initialization.
Screenshots can be enabled or disabled in the config file.
The config dictionary uses a pair.
