Complaint Registration & Management will help the employees to register a complaint from the user and also let the employee select the complaint category. A random complaint ID is generated every time the employee registers a complaint.
The user won't be able to log in unless the password is correct and will be prompted again unless the correct password is entered or the user ends the process.
An employee can only view the complaints registered by him and not by other employees.
The manager has access to assign a resolution agent to complaints after the manager assigns the complaints. The data is updated in real-time in the View Complaints forms.
Also, there is a LogOut option to let employees and managers LogOut after they have successfully assigned the user or registered complaints.
