The Bot prompts HR to enter the employeeID. After entering the employeeID the bot will read the employee details from Google sheet and will fill in the details to the UiPath form. Afterwards, it will wait for the HR confirmation.
When the UiPath form is submitted it will input the employee details into the editable PDF form. It will also mask the QR code of the employee Aadhar card.
The Bot will save the filled PDF form and masked Aadhar card image in the respective folder.
To access the Google sheets in UiPath you have to enable the API for Google sheets. To enable the API visit this link https://console.cloud.google.com/ and create OAuth credentials from the Cloud console.
