Users require the PowerBI application in an installed manner.

  

1\. Download this .nupkg and save it in your desired location.

2\. Open a blank process and then use “Manage Activities”, install **UiPath.Database.Activities** and **Power\_Bi\_Analyzer** activity under the CG2020 RPA Elites package.

3\. Drag and drop the  **Power\_Bi\_Analyzer** activity in a sequence and fill the following details.

4\. In the Property pane of **Power\_Bi\_Analyzer** activity input:

*   **Filepath:** Location of the Power BI file with its name and extension (.pbix) should be provided.
*   **Parameter:** Users need to provide any of the following parameters as string:

1.  Measures
2.  Tables
3.  Tables and Columns
4.  Calculated Columns
5.  Datasources

  

**N.B:** Pass the name with the same spelling as we have provided above.

  

**ResultTable:** The output will be saved in a DataTable format. Assign a variable for this parameter.

Analyze Power BI projects and extract all the information such as Measures, Tables, Data sources, etc.
