Ciphix - Is Download Completed

- After playing around with it for a while, one main thing that I've noticed that needs to be improved is multiple-browsers compatibility. If the file gets created with the same name while it's being downloaded, the robot detects that the download is already finished. Furthermore, on devices with a high download speed, the robot seems to have a big delay for checking the download progress. This means that the component should allow either the setting of the delay manually or it should check the internet speed and then pick a delay accordingly.
