Logging scope that will capture logs for any child actions and display on screen.

Overview

This pack contains a scope activity that will intercept any log messages for any activities within it, including those from invoked workflows.

This logs can be displayed on the screen as the robot is running on a non interactable window that can be clicked through, so it won't interfere with any automation steps. The logs can also be outputted at the end of the scope and converted to a data table.

This works both for unattended and attended bots and can be useful when you want to see the logs when a robot is executing without needing the Studio window. It will also capture trace logs which, depending on settings, might not be logged in Orchestrator.

This code hooks directly into the Robot Runner, so does not rely on scraping any local log files nor API calls to the Orchestrator and will capture any log messages ordinarily displayed in Studio or Orchestrator, no custom logging required.

This can be used to, for example, capture the logs for processing a single transaction, which can then be used for reporting on that transaction.
