In many companies, incoming emails are treated in a First In First Out (FIFO) manner.

This methodology fails to consider the sentiment of the sender giving equal priority both to urgent needs and information requests.

It is proven that someone who sends a negative message is less whiling to wait a longer period for an answer than someone which has a neutral or positive record.

By analyzing the sentiment of the message within the email your organization will be able to prioritize the email treatment process, giving higher priority to the ones with the most negative sentiment. Thus increasing the customer/vendor satisfaction and overall NPS score.

  

This **Cognitive Email Organizer** is an Out of the Box Solution that allows you to organize your emails according to the sentiment of the message from moment one.

It uses a combination of UiPath native email reading activities together with Google Text Analytics to deliver an accurate sentiment interpretation independently of the language.

  

To start using the robot you will only need to fill in the following configurations on the config file:

*   **Google API Key** \- Google API Key. (More information about UiPath google text analytics activity can be found [here](https://activities.uipath.com/lang-en/docs/google-text-analysis))
*   **Email Account** - Outlook Email account where the robot will read the emails
*   **Negative Sentiment Threshold** - Minimum value to be considered a negative sentiment (from -1 to 0)
*   **Positive Sentiment Threshold** - Minimum value to be considered a positive sentiment (from 0 to 1)
*   **Destiny Inboxes** : Where to Move High, Medium and Low Priority Emails
