Hi!

I am trying to extract a folder ID with the Get Names and Ids activity. I write the folder name in the input and the output vairable but when I run the process, there is an error:

The given key was not present in the dictionary.

Which can be the error?

Thank you very much in advance

Hello Carlos,

To be fair I don't use that component for more than 1 year.

The logic is that the value that you provide is not on the WRIKE list. Try to give him the exact value. If the issue still remains use this UI logic to extract the folder ID.

Hi Negulescu,

Is it possible to Get Tasks List activity to get the respective parameter value to the next activity like download attachment file? Otherwise, can you give one small example for task name/Link to get task id and download files

Hello,

What I understand from your question is that you need to download all the files form tasks with a specific Name.

   1. You drag and drop an Get task List activity the click on Test search Command

   2. Check the title in the list an put your name there, if you click run command you will receive your Id for task, be sure you click save button on this window.

   3. This activity will return an datatable define it as "dt"

   4. Use the Download all files activity and give the parameter for task Id to be dt.Rows(0)(0).ToString()

Hey,

Is it possible to get tasks from a specific folder?

Hello Lena,

On the Get Task List activity on the first tab of Get data wizard, you can scroll down and you will find FolderID and SpaceID.  If you put number on value and check the box of FolderID and then click on Run select command the system will return all the tasks from that folder, the same for space.

Take a look at this movie from minute 6:30 to see exactly what function you have to extract folder ID and space ID:

Thanks,
