Output Parameter:
- Count: The count of deleted temporary files
- Status: If the count is greater than Zero then the status will be "Success", otherwise "Failed". If any exception occured then an exception Message will be provided.
Note: If the File cannot be deleted due to some reason like it is used by some other process or opened by another user, then it will skip the file.
