In the YouTube video, I can see you predefine the location of the data you want to extract. How would this work for invoices generated by many different businesses where the information may be in different locations on the invoice and could be called different things?
I am going to be working on invoice automation within our business and your product looks like it could assist with this process. Just need to understand more before we proceed in investigating this further.
Hi Daryl,
Thanks for reaching out!
DocAcquire uses zonal and keyword based extraction. Zonal extraction is used in scenarios where the data field is always fixed at one location (like fixed form fields). In case where data may change it's location, keyword based search can be used.
In order to extract data from invoices for multiple suppliers (businesses) with different invoice layout. You need to create a template for each and it's a quick process.
However, if your business has high volume of suppliers with varying invoice layouts , i would recommend you to give a try to our other product called Cognitive Invoice. Cognitive Invoice is an invoice capture platform built on deep learning, where you don't need to build the templates. You can start uploading the invoices and you will get the extracted data back straightaway. Your can request for a free trial here;

You can build very flexbile integration workflows on our products. Please reach out to us at (info@docacquire.com) and we would love to take you through the capabilities of our platform and answer your questions. That will help you to plan and build a strong automation.
