This connector solution allows companies with WeChat Enterprise accounts to build automation on the WeChat Enterprise account using UiPath.

Overview
Planning to integrate basic WeChat functionality into UiPath - get subscriptions, get contacts, detect new messages, read messages, send a message to contact/group. We might restrict it to some particular activities depending on how long it might take for us to develop.
We will try to apply this integration for a use case, such as asking some questions to the customers through WeChat, monitoring answers and trigger bots accordingly (might be useful in insurance industry when information from the claim form is not enough or it is not clear, so one need to clarify additional information). This is still a bit fluid as we need to understand how we can handle multiple threads of conversations/actions within UiPath and depends on our ability to develop API itself fast enough.
There is also a discussion of potential use of dialogflow in these scheme, but since it is a service powered by Google Cloud it most probably will be unavailable for the clients in China (some google services are blocked in China), who are the main target auditory for WeChat, so we would have to come up with some other engine to support a conversation.

WeChat Enterprise accounts tend to have a huge daily traffic, handling it through human operators is costly. RPA can take some of the load off from the human operators by automating common request flows.
