use annotations to make the workflow clear for all the users
give meaningful name to the activities used (don't leave "Assign" or "Sequence"...), this will help you to understand where your process has issues if some error occur
at the beginning would be nice to have a text that inform the users that only the B column would be changed and only if the name is "Name" and all the details that make this workflow particular to this case
