This snippet does not create a draft mail in the draft folder in Outlook. It creates a .msg file with the full name passed in the argument.

*   Mail body: arg\_strMailBody (String)
*   Mail subject: arg\_strMailSubject (String)
*   Mail To: arg\_arrMailTo (Array Of String)
*   Mail Cc: arg\_arrMailCC (Array Of String)
*   Mail Bcc: arg\_arrMailBCC (Array Of String)
*   Mail Attachments: arg\_arrAttachFiles (Array Of String)
*   Draft Mail File Name: arg\_strDraftMailFile (String). If Empty, the draft file will be saved to the source code folder (yyyyMMdd HHmmss.msg).

**Output**

*   Success Flag: arg\_booSuccess (Boolean)
