how to use this ?
Hello,
Does this support Kibana version 7 or above?
Hello Rajat!
Does this dashboard work for version 7.x?
I am getting the error "Saved objects file format is invalid and cannot be imported" when trying to import in Kibana. Do you have a fix for this?
Thank you
Hi ,
I am planning to implement the integration of kibana with UIPath in uipath community edition.Kindly provide some inputs how to enable the elastic search db connection in orchestrator and how to get index in kibana.
Thanks in Advance.
Hey Rajat, thank you so much for sharing this. It's exactly what I was about to build myself - only so much better!
Could I please just confirm, execution time per bot is in percentage. Does this show the % time the robot is being used? So, if a robot execution time is 55%, it means it has 45% availability? Thanks!
Hi Sophia
Thank you for your kind words and glad that this dashboard can help you in any way.
The execution time per bot is the summation of the total execution time of each bot and then based on that convered into percentage. In a nutshell yes this can be related to the bot utilization but this is completely depended on the number of logs added to the process and the execution time it is taking, so it cannot be considered as an exact calculation of it rather a nearby ballpark value.
I am working on something more concrete in this direction and evaluating the posibility of achieving the same in ELK.
Hope this helps, please leave your review for the same and thanks again for downloading it and asking the questions. Feel free to reach out for more details.

Rajat
Is it executable on ELK version 7.x ? If not, why?
Hi Pier
Pardon for delay in response.
The current version of this dashbaord is not compatible with ELK v7 as there has been few metric changes(name changes). Next version will be compatible with ELK 7. However you can import in v7 and most of the visuals must work appropriate.

Rajat
How can I change it to expect a different index ?
UPDATE: Nevermind ... figured it out :)
Hey Sean
Nothing better than figuring out on your own :-)
Please reach out for any other queries or suggestions for improvement
Hello Rajat
are there any way we can find current robot active and inactive?
Hi Md Noor
Pardon the delay in reponse.
The current dashboard does not get's those details, rather orchestrator does depicts the asked data.
Please feel free to reach out for any more suggestions or queries
Hi Rajat, one of the visualizations for Queue doesn't work for us. It seems due to some Transaction related fields are not indexed. So I should update mapping of my indices files and have those fields to be indexed? Thanks!
Hi Joyce
The dashboard is supposed to work with all the default values that are populated without any additional fields, however, you can try adding the new field or even modifying that specific visualization(Queue) based on your requirement.
Please let me know if you need further assistance

Rajat
Hi Rajat, These graphs look great. How do I show the job complete vs Sopped vs Faulted. Orchestrator shows this status but doesn't allow to export the report. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks,
Rudrava.
Hi Rudrava
Thank you for the feedback. It is much appreciated.
In regards to job status, we can fetch the details from API and pass the same to elastic.
I will try to include the same in version 2.0 also.
Please reach out for further details

Hey Rajat,
What additonal things I need to connect it with my UIpath Orchestrator?
Once I install this solution, do I need to install Kibana to visualize the data?
Hi Ram
