**Generate an offer letter:**

  

· Generates the offer letter based on input Excel file which will be updated by HR, and sends mails to the candidates who are selected for the Role.

· Rejected candidates will be receiving better luck next time email.

  

**Generate an ID Card:**

  

· Generates an ID Card for the candidates who accepted the offer letter, based on input Excel file which will be updated by HR.

The Bot generates a QR-code with candidate’s personal details and attaches it to ID-Card and sends an email to HR.

This automation helps to generate offer letters and ID cards based on templates and reduces the manual effort for the HR-Onboarding process.
