I am not able to integrate custom activity with studio

Hello - I am reading a .txt file with HTML and using the output as a string variable in into HTMLText. The result is two DataTables, however, in the array they are blank. The result looks like this: DataTable[2]&nbsp;{&nbsp;[],&nbsp;[]&nbsp;}What am I doing wrong? When I open the file as a .html it works perfectly.

But I am unable to retrieve data using this activity.

Scenario: Getting HTML response a webservice, passing this string to this activity and it just throws me DataTable[1] { [] }.

First of all, thx for the Custom Activity. 

I have an inquiry, here's some context: I am getting the HTML for the input and then I'm getting the proper output. For some reason after having some rows as output is not quite getting all the way inside the last one as you can see on the image provided. This info is inside a '<td>' as the previous one but is not getting it.

I'm iterating with a 'For each' to get the HTML tags and then inside that a 'For each row' to get the 'row' info below.

Is there any way we can filter or force it to get to the last 'TD'?

For some cases, we used to get the following exception with version 1.0.3, then when we updated to version 1.0.4 trying to solve the issue, after that we started to get the same exception but for ALL the emails,
