ウイングアーク１ｓｔ株式会社の「invoiceAgent 文書管理」をUiPathからWebAPI経由で操作できるサンプルプログラムです。帳票のデータ化処理や文書ライフサイクル管理を効率化します。

ウイングアーク１ｓｔ(株) が提供する「invoiceAgent 文書管理」をUiPathからWebAPI経由で様々な操作を行うためのサンプルアクティビティです。

「invoiceAgent」とは、文書管理機能をベースとした文書の保管・OCRによるデータ化・帳票配信などを行うための電子帳票プラットフォームです。

本製品は、以下3つの大きな特徴を持っています。

①文書管理と記録管理による内部統制・セキュリティ担保・電子帳簿保存法対応

⽂書の保管から記録管理に伴う煩雑な作業を⾃動化します。管理コストを削減すると共に内部統制の質を⾼めることができます。タイムスタンプ機能も内包しているので、電子帳簿保存法対応にも対応可能です。

②用途に合わせて選べるAI OCRエンジン

「invoiceAgent」は読み取る文書に合わせて複数のOCRエンジンの中から最適なものを選択して利用することができます。 そのため従量課金の総コストを抑えながらOCRを利用することが可能です。また複数のOCRを同時に処理するデータコンペア機能が実装されており、目視・確認作業の効率が格段に向上します。

③帳票の送受信から管理まで一括運用

請求書などの帳票の配信・受信から管理を1つのプラットフォーム上で行えます。自社に最適な帳票フォーマットはそのままに、帳票流通を通じた企業間取引を加速させます。

This is a sample activity for performing various operations on "invoiceAgent Document Management" (provided by WingArc1st inc.) via WebAPI from UiPath Studio.

"InvoiceAgent" is an electronic document platform based on document management functions, including storage, OCR-based data digitization, and form distribution.

This product has three major features:

① Internal control, security assurance, and compliance with Law on Book and Record Keeping through Electronic Methods through document management and recordkeeping

Automates cumbersome tasks associated with document storage and recordkeeping, reducing management costs while enhancing the quality of internal controls. It also includes a timestamp function, making it compliant with Law on Book and Record Keeping through Electronic Methods.

② AI OCR engine selectable according to the application

"InvoiceAgent" allows the selection and use of the most suitable OCR engine from multiple options based on the documents to be read. This enables the use of OCR while minimizing the total cost of pay-per-use. Additionally, it implements a data comparison feature that processes multiple OCRs simultaneously, significantly improving the efficiency of visual inspection and verification tasks.3

③ Managing receipt, sending, and overall management of documents all within the same platform

Form delivery, receipt, and management, such as invoices, can be performed on a single platform. This accelerates inter-company transactions through the distribution of optimal form formats for each company.

invoiceAgent 文書管理 の WebAPI をUiPath.Web.Activities.HttpClient(HTTP要求)アクティビティで呼び出すことによって操作を実行します。また、UiPath から invoiceAgent の WebAPI を呼び出す際の参考ともなります。
