Local MiniFramework

Not using state machine makes it a lot easier to understand for beginners and non-programmers. I think it will be very useful to use it inside a REFs (for example for Get Process Data). The only suggestion I have is to add retry mechanism for init applications, like the Enhanced-REF has.

Simple and easy - It actually looks like a simplified version of the REFramework and much more linear compared to it. It's simple and easy to understand. Great for a beginner to get the hang of the framework concept. It is also suitable for simple automation solutions that require standard development procedure to follow. Who ever looking for such, this is a good solution to try out :)
