It is excellent feature, only problems that I encountered because we have two - way authorization so I had to set up some things but everything is documented.

seems ok - Update 13/12/2019: It finally reached the Enterprise Level in all aspects. The dev team has been awesome and they listen to what the users wanted. Can't wait to try it out! Update 24/10/2019: It's been 5 months since i tried this the first time, and it's really unfortunate that it still doesn't have support for shared resources and exchange accounts other than the one logged in. If I'm wrong please let me know but i can't get it to work with anything else than the account that is logged in When this gets support for shared resources this is actually useable. I don't see any enterprise solutions where you would actually use the mailbox attached to the robot account. It makes a workflow account dependent, where as using shared mailboxes you would be able to use this in enterprise solutions
