NameScan is an online AML compliance service, which provides scanning services against lists of Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sanctioned individuals and organizations, persons of special interest and special interest entities.
NameScan provides REST based API service for standard check data that include an extensive coverage of global Sanction lists and a consolidated global PEP list, which is growing and updated on a daily basis. More details on this is available here.
This activity pack provides support for all the NameScan APIs to search for Persons and Organizations against Standard Check data. Though the APIs return JSON output, these activities convert the JSON output into Data Tables and makes the resulting match set easily accessible through these data tables.

Using this activities library, the users can easily invoke the NameScan APIs within UiPath workflow to query the NameScan provider data source for searching persons and organizations for PEPs and Sanctions. The activities also return the data in a readily consumable data table format along with other key outputs such as number of PEP and SIP matches.

In order to use these activities, the users must have a subscription to the NameScan "https://namescan.io/Pricing.aspx" Credit Packs fo API. However, for testing NameScan provides a trial key with limited scans that can be obtained by registering.
