The Office Comments activity library provides a simple way to extract comments from entire documents (Word or Excel) as a Datatable. The information that can be extracted is:
- Author
- Date
- Content of the comment
- The original Scope of the comment
The Library is composed of the following activities:
- Extract Word Comments
- Extract Excel Comments (known as Notes)

Some processes require the ability to deal with comments in Word or Excel documents. The Office Comments activity library provides a simple way to extract comments from the entire document as a DataTable.
It also provides options to select what information you need to extract such as: Author, Date, Content of the comment, and the original Scope of the comment.
