We were founded in 2005 in a tiny apartment in Bucharest, Romania as DeskOver.

Fittingly, it was a customer who, in 2012, first saw the immense possibilities for us in the fledgling RPA market. Our desktop automation product launched in 2013. In 2015, we introduced our enterprise platform along with our new name.

The OpenAI activity pack is UiPath Integrations Service's activity pack specific to OpenAI. The activity pack enables Integration Service customers to connect to select publicly available OpenAI APIs and enables them to build automation workflows that use popular OpenAI models including the GPT-3.5 model that powers ChatGPT.

The OpenAI Connector enables users to interact with OpenAI models including those that power ChatGPT directly in their automations.
