This process takes incoming documents either from email attachments or internal storage locations, then uses AI based on semantic meaning to read the documents and highlight/add/remove pre-defined key passages of text. The documents are then automatically sorted based on the AI findings.
Example: an NDA is required to have an exclusion clause for a specific third party. The robot finds an incoming document via email, and the AI determines this is an NDA but without the required exclusion. This document is then annotated with the recommended text and automatically uploaded into a ‘Corrected’ location for human review.
