How PagerDuty Integration Works
To facilitate outbound automation between UiPath and PagerDuty, use the UiPath Connector for PagerDuty to establish a secure, authenticated connection. Before starting your first project, follow the Authentication Guide in the connector documentation.
Once connected, you can leverage the PagerDuty instance across all activities within the package.

- Create Incident - Create an incident in PagerDuty.
- Get Incident - Retrieves an incident in PagerDuty.
- Add Note to Incident - Adds a note to an incident in PagerDuty.
- Get Incident Notes - Get notes for an incident ID.
- Create User - Creates a user in PagerDuty.
- Delete User - Creates a user in PagerDuty.
- Get Schedule - Retrieve a schedule by name.
