Overview

Telecoms have millions of customers and often struggle to proactively identify those who are extremely dissatisfied, resulting in customer churn. Churn refers to customers terminating their services and canceling contracts, which leads to revenue loss for telecoms. Winning back lost customers is also costly for telecoms, making it imperative to identify and address customer dissatisfaction before they cancel their services.

The Prediction Churn Solution Accelerator aims to help telecoms proactively identify customers who are likely to churn and stop acquiring their services/solutions by :

  1. Identifying patterns exhibited by churn customers & proactively identifies customers.
  2. Flagging customer alert in CRM database.
  3. Proactively sends offers based on customer preferences and experience.

The automation solution will raise a red flag for customers who have a high probability of leaving the telecom. By identifying customers who are dissatisfied or likely to churn, telecoms can take proactive measures to address their concerns and retain them. This will help reduce customer churn and minimize revenue loss, ultimately improving the telecom's business performance.
