The Product Recommendation Agent provides curated product suggestions tailored to customer preferences and constraints.

The Product Recommendation Agent is designed to address the challenge of finding the most suitable products for customers based on their specific preferences and constraints. In a world where customers are often overwhelmed by the sheer number of product options available, this agent simplifies the decision-making process by narrowing down choices to the most relevant ones. It ensures that customers receive recommendations that align closely with their needs, saving time and enhancing satisfaction.

To solve this problem, the agent uses a structured approach to analyze customer preferences and product contexts. It identifies the top three products that best match the customer's requirements, categorizing them as Perfect Match, Strong Match, or Close Alternative. Each recommendation is accompanied by a detailed explanation of why it fits the customer's needs, including specific attributes such as price, features, and brand. If no products fully meet the preferences, the agent provides close alternatives with justifications, ensuring that customers always have viable options to consider.

The Product Recommendation Agent leverages UiPath Context Grounding relevant product information. A real product database can continually be synced to query against. This database is configured to return up to three results based on a threshold and retrieval mode, ensuring high-quality matches. The agent's output schema is designed to include detailed product attributes, reasoning for recommendations, and alternative suggestions, making it a comprehensive tool for personalized product discovery.

How to use

1. Click the Download button.
2. In the Downloading an agent template window, select Download Solution. A .uis file containing the agent definition is downloaded to your machine.
3. Agent templates can also include Extras, a separate package containing assets for your agent (automations, custom escalations). Select Download Extras. A .zip file is downloaded to your machine.
4. In Studio Web, import the Agent definition .uis file as described in Importing a project downloaded from Studio Web.
5. If there are extras to upload, go to Solutions. For details, refer to Accessing the Solutions UI.
6. Upload the .zip file, as explained in Transporting a solution package, then deploy the solution. For details, refer to Deploying the solution.
7. You can now access your agent template from Studio Web and add any other tools deployed to your tenant.
