Rosy is a software robot that helps digital agencies that manage Google Ads accounts
The robot is dedicated to PPC (Pay Per Click) agencies. At the beginning of each month, the robot goes through all the clients and does the following:
- Download the Google Ads invoice in PDF
- Create the Agency invoice using Smart Bill software
- Emails the client with both invoices
The robot takes all the information from a Google Doc file – client name, Google Ads client ID, company details, agency fee formula.
The robot sends an email that is personalized for each client.

Monthly invoices are generated on time, with no error. All agency clients receive their Google Ads invoice. Google sends invoices only to recurrent paying customers.
