Overview
The Salesforce Agentforce & Flows connector integrates Salesforce agents and automated flows into UiPath Maestro™ workflows, enhancing automation capabilities and operational efficiency.
To start automating Salesforce agents and flows, you must first configure Salesforce following the instructions provided in the Salesforce setup for Agentforce & Flows. After setup, establish a secure connection with your Salesforce instance using the authentication steps outlined in the Salesforce Agentforce & Flows authentication page.
The connector supports events via polling. Supported event details are provided in the Salesforce Agentforce & Flows events page. These events and related activities are exclusively available within UiPath Maestro.
Once connected, you can use Salesforce Agentforce & Flows activities within Maestro to execute Salesforce agents, manage Salesforce records, and automate Salesforce workflows.
The Salesforce Agentforce & Flows activities are available only in Maestro. For details, refer to Process configuration in the Maestro user guide.
