The SAP BAPI Connector facilitates seamless integration between UiPath and SAP business objects, enabling dynamic execution of SAP BAPIs. This boosts efficiency, improves data synchronization and simplifies automation of SAP-driven business operations.
The connector leverages the SAP Java Connector (version 3.0.18), requiring no additional user installation. It dynamically retrieves the necessary input and output parameters once a specific BAPI is selected, ensuring easy configuration and execution.

How It Works
To enable outbound automation between UiPath and SAP BAPI, an authenticated connection is established through the UiPath Connector for SAP BAPI.
Before starting your first automation project, follow the authentication steps detailed in the connector documentation’s Authentication guide.
Activities
This SAP BAPI package currently includes:
- Execute BAPI – Dynamically configure and execute selected BAPI calls, automatically loading required input and output properties based on the chosen SAP business object.
The activities are compatible with UiPath® Studio Web and Studio Desktop versions 2023.10 and newer.
Note: RFC connections are not currently supported.
