The SAP Cloud for Customer activity package empowers your UiPath robots to efficiently manage SAP records, including operations such as getting, updating, inserting, listing and deleting records.

How It Works

To facilitate automation between UiPath and SAP, our activities utilize an authenticated connection via the SAP Cloud for Customer Connector. Before starting your first project, ensure you complete the necessary steps outlined in the Authentication Guide within the connector documentation. This ensures a secure and successful integration.

Activities

  • Cloud for Customer Scope - Manages a connection to the specified C4C CRM instance, providing a scope for SAPC4CCRM activities.
  • Delete Record - Deletes a record in SAP CRM. After completing the operation, the activity outputs the operation status (success/failure information) in in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities (e.g., conditional logic).
  • Get Record - Retrieves a record in SAP CRM. After retrieving the record, the activity outputs the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities (e.g., conditional logic).
  • Insert Record - Inserts a record in SAP CRM. After inserting the record, the activity outputs the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities (e.g., conditional logic).
  • List All Records - Lists all the records in SAP Cloud for Customer.
  • List Records - Lists a page of records in SAP Cloud for Customer.
  • Update Record - Updates a record in SAP CRM. After updating the record, the activity outputs the status of the request (success/failure information) in a ResponseStatus object that you can use in subsequent activities (e.g., conditional logic).
