It’s recommended that we have a Dictionary set up for the key to act as column and value of dictionary as value match in Database.

Dt.Select(**\[Column1\]='value1' AND \[column2\]='value2'**)

  

The bolded text can be obtained in either AND or OR format as per requirement using the component which is obtained in String format(Data Type).
