Vendor Verification is a standard business practice that is followed across the organizations globally. It is a critical process through vendor details are verified for completeness, accuracy and sanctions check before any new vendor is onboarded.

This Vendor Verification solution is a pre-built workflow that extracts details from W9 form (scanned PDF document) & Vendor Information Input form, cross-verify the information between both. Validates the details provided by the vendor against public data sources.It validates

*   Vendor Details (Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code) against USPS website
*   Bank Routing / ABAA number verification and
*   Performs OFAC check with the vendor name online. 

Finally, it creates a Vendor verification report (excel file) with corresponding check results that can be used for vendor on-boarding decision.
