The script utilizes Orchestrator's REST API to update the password of an existent Robot. The user with which the script authenticates to the Orchestrator has to have view and edit access to the Robots.

Use case:

*   IT administrators can trigger periodically password update scripts in order to respect the internal password security policies.

  

  

_Note:_ The functionalities are offered to allow robots to interact directly with existing business processes. They are not designed to provide new information security paradigms, but instead a means to allow the robot to interact with the existing security that is being deployed within a business.
