While other competing software extracts data only from structured documents/forms, Vaultedge software can extract data both from structured documents (like URLA/1003) and from unstructured documents (like Credit Report or Sale Agreement). Vaultedge helps you accelerate the mortgage origination & on-boarding process so that mortgages can be closed faster and at less expense.
Vaultedge Mortgage Automation software produces two outputs:
1. An indexed mortgage document list and corresponding documents
2. Extracted data from Mortgage Documents, as a spreadsheet
The robot uploads each document into the corresponding tab into the downstream system, which is typically a Loan Origination System like Encompass.
The robot picks the data from spreadsheet and populates corresponding fields in Loan Origination System like Encompass.
