Overview
The vendor document verification process is important for ensuring the legitimacy and reliability of a company's vendors.
This Solution Accelerator serves to extract and upload vendor documents. Vendor documents are then classified, and key vendor data is extracted. The Accelerator is configured to detect generic invoices; however, it can be extended to support additional document types.
Extracted data is then used to create a new W9 where applicable, post the data to SAP, and if applicable, create a new business partner entity.
