1.  The ML Skill uses a pre-trained Hugging Face Zero-Shot Classification Machine Learning Model - valhalla/distilbart-mnli-12-1 to classify any given context/sequence.
2.  The ML model that is to be downloaded and replaced with the placeholder file can be found [here](https://github.com/PradeepMurugesanS/VuramZeroShotClassifier/raw/master/Urgency_Classifier_distilBart-mnli-12-1.sav.zip).
3.  In the sample process attached, the output is exported to an Excel file. However the user can manipulate the output as per their choice of action.

Vuram Zero Shot Classifier helps in classifying any given context among the defined classes.
