The Workday REST Connector enables the integration with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management systems via a modern and lightweight RESTful API. By utilizing this connector, businesses can automate processes while leveraging Workday’s comprehensive suite of solutions.
How It Works
To automate processes between UiPath and Workday REST, the activities require establishing an authenticated connection through the UiPath Connector for Workday REST. Before starting your first automation project, be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Authentication Guide provided in the connector documentation.
Once authentication is successfully completed, the connection to Workday REST can be used across all activities in the package.
Activities
- Approve or Reject Inbox Task - Approve or reject an inbox task in Workday.
- Create Personal Time-off Request - Creates time-off request on behalf of the logged-in user.
- Execute WQL Query - Retrieve records using Workday query language.
- List All Tasks in Your Inbox - Lists all inbox tasks for current logged in user.
- Search Workers by Name or ID - Searches for workers by their names or IDs.
- Get Record - Retrieve a record in Workday REST.
- Insert Record - Insert a new record in Workday REST.
- Replace Record - Replace a record in Workday REST.
- List All Records - List all records in Workday REST.
This activity package is compatible with UiPath Studio versions 2023.10 and above.
