The Zendesk activity package enhances your UiPath automation capabilities by enabling your robot(s) to efficiently manage records and files. With this package, you can perform essential tasks such as retrieving, updating, inserting, listing and deleting records, as well as uploading files.
To enable outbound automation between UiPath and Zendesk, the activities use the UiPath Connector for Zendesk to establish an authenticated connection. Before you start building your automation projects, ensure you follow the steps outlined in the Authentication Guide from the connector documentation to set up your connection properly.
