Overview
Zoom is a video conferencing tool that allows users to connect online for live meetings, webinars and video conferences using desktop computers, mobile apps and other devices. With the UiPath.Zoom.IntegrationService.Activities package, you can manage Zoom meetings by scheduling one-time or recurring meetings, inviting participants and generating meeting invitation links.
How It Works
To automate processes between UiPath and Zoom, you need to establish an authenticated connection using the UiPath Connector for Zoom. Before starting your first project, make sure to follow the steps in the Authentication Guide available in the connector documentation. Once you establish a connection to your Zoom instance, it can be reused across all activities within the package.

- Get Meeting Recording - Retrieves the download URL link and chat transcript of your completed meetings that are saved in the cloud.
- Invite Meeting Registrant - Invites a new meeting registrant to a meeting.
- Create Join URL - Creates a meeting invitation URL.
- When an event happens - Waits for an event to happen.
