With this snippet one need not traverse through all emails and download manually. This processor will download attachments in a structured manner.

Email Attachment Processor is a Library which would help one eradicate manual work and save time by downloading all attachments in a structured format.

**Usecase:**

1.      Read emails from the email account provided in configuration

2.      Process each emails and check for existence of any attachments

3.      In case of attachments, the extension of each attachment is identified

4.      Identified extensions and their files are downloaded in below structured format to a output path indicated in configuration

Email content automatically to a large group by using Bot, thus avoiding manual intervention and monitoring

Mass mailing template provides an easier way to handle bulk email. It's just the configuration one needs to provide correctly, the rest will be handled by Bot where bulk emails are sent in fraction of time.

  

**How to use:**

*   Provide configuration details available in "Configuration\\eMailListConfig.xlsx".
*   Provide relevant details in 'From\_Details' worksheet.
*   Provide relevant details in 'To\_Details' worksheet.
*   'Server&Port Details' worksheet is for your reference as what server and port details to provide.
*   Provide relevant email content in "Configuration\\eMailContentConfig.txt". Do not change {0} in first line and {1} in last line which are placeholders and values will be binded from config.
*   Open Mass Mailing application in UiPath and execute.
*   Emails will be received in the IDs mentioned in To List. And in email mentioned in From List, 'Sent Items' will show emails sent.

Automatic Outlook Mailbox Creator creates new mailbox folders and moves emails from a specific sender. If the mailbox specified already exists, an alert will be shown whether to use the existing mailbox or user can opt to create a new mailbox. Once the new mailbox is created based on input provided, emails move automatically to this folder.

**Simple Use case**

1.  Select small or group of emails (bulk) to move from one folder to another.
2.  Indicate source and destination folder.
3.  Indicate from which email address, emails have to be moved.
4.  If the destination folder already exists, raise a message to user to use the existing folder or create a new folder.
5.  Provide date range from when to when emails should be looked upon.

**Configuration**

1.  NewFolderName - Name of the mailbox folder where emails will be moved. This can be an existing folder or a new folder.
2.  EmailID - eMails from this Email ID will be moved from Inbox to folder specified above.
3.  Top - Number of emails that will be looked upon for movement within given specified date range.
4.  FromDate - Filter indicating from which date emails have to be looked upon for a match to move. 'dd-MM-yy' format
5.  ToDate - Filter indicating till which date emails have to be looked upon for a match to move. 'dd-MM-yy' format

**How to run**

1.  Provide relevant configuration details in the config spreadsheet.
2.  Make sure Outlook account is setup in the machine where the bot is executed.
3.  Execute the Bot.
4.  Check whether Mailbox folder indicated in the configuration is created.
5.  Check whether all emails from sender specified in configuration within specified date range are moved to the new Mailbox folder created.

**NOTE:**

If you encounter timeout in ‘Get Outlook Mail’ activity, it will be due to Bot working with huge number of emails. In such cases increase ‘TimeOutMS’ property

Send Emails and Follow-Ups automatically to a large group from configured local Outlook

The process sends new mails or follow-up mails to a list of users from the locally configured Outlook. It allows sending a maximum of three follow-up mails. In case of a follow-up mail, the new mail is sent on top of the last sent mail to the user. When a response is received, the status is updated and sending follow-ups is ignored. 

The process sends the follow-up emails in a pre-configured time span. The content is formatted and the same is preserved throughout the follow-ups sent. Description for each configuration is detailed in the description column of the ‘eMailListConfig.xlsx’ file.

  

**How to use:**

*   Provide configuration details available in Configuration\\eMailListConfig.xlsx.
*   Provide relevant details in 'From\_Details' worksheet.
*   Provide relevant details in 'To\_Details' worksheet. DO NOT enter anything in ‘Mail\_Sent\_Status’ column.
*   Emails will be received by the IDs mentioned in To List. And in emails mentioned in From List, 'Sent Items' will show emails sent.  
    

NOTE:

Content specified in the email is parameterized and takes the Name, Role and Company mentioned in the Configuration file – ‘To\_Details’ sheet.  
In case of time out, increase the value ‘TimeOutToCheckMails’ in the configuration file.

The Master data creator snippet for UiPath enables the creation of master data in QuickOooksOnline (QBO) accounting software. Using it you will be able to automatically create New Vendor entries in QBO by inputting the following details in two separate sheets:

In the "Quickbooks Account Details" sheet add the:

*   QBO CompanyID(Realm ID),
*   Access token
*   EndpointURL

In the “New Vendor" sheet, add the vendor details.

Automatically create New Vendor entry in QuickBooks from an existing spreadsheet

This bot enables users to create a bundle of vendors in Bill.com accounting software in a quicker and easier manner. It covers all UI inputs of the vendor creation including 'E-Payment' invite by giving its corresponding input details via Excel file. Also it enables users to track its status at the end of the process in the Output report. 

  

This bot fetches all mandatory information for vendor creation from a spreadsheet and uses Bill.com APIs to login, selecting company, creating vendor etc.

This component helps to create vendors (in bulk) in Bill.com using API calls enabling quicker and faster ways of adding vendors to the bill management software.
