Now, to include a pivot table directly in a mail body will be a difficult task, we need to find the range where the pivot table lies, then read it and create a table from codes, and it will be again more difficult if you need to preserve the original formatting (colors or others) of the original pivot table in the Excel file.

  

**Export Pivot Table** activity helps to embed the pivot table directly to your mail body or you can get the pivot table as an image, which can be used in the presentations or PPT's. 

  

The **inputs** required will be:

*   Path of the Excel file
*   Sheet Name
*   Pivot Table Name

This activity helps to export your pivot table directly to HTML or as an image, so can be later used in email bodies or presentations.

With the help of this activity you can insert HTML code or files to your MS Word document while preserving the formatting. It requires 3 input arguments :

  

1\. **WordToBeReplaced**: The keyword in the Word file where the HTML content needs to be placed.

2\. **WordFile**: The absolute path of the Word document.

3\. **Html**: The HTML code/file path (pass the absoulte path).

Insert HTML code or file to your Microsoft Word document.

This activity requires the file path of a XML file as input and returns a collection of DataTables as output. The activity extracts all the tables from the XML file into a DataTable collection, and individual tables can be accessed from the collection using index or Table Name.
