Pick a file from a certain location using the Date modified sorting criteria.

The two activities available in this package are:

*   Pick the file by sorting it _as first in first out_
*   Pick the file by sorting it _as last in first out_

Pick a file using the Date modified criteria

The supported formats of images are PNG, JPEG, JPG etc.

There is only one activity and it includes the following 3 parameters:

1\. **ImagePath**

ImagePath refers to the actual path of the required image which needs to be converted

2\. **PDFPath**

PDFPath is the export path of the resulting PDF

3\. **Result**

The result returns a boolean variable which is true or false after the conversion.

Please note that the activity is not dependent on any API.

The activity is used for converting images to PDF

The activity uses iTextSharp library to remove the encryption and it has the following input and output arguments:

*   InputPDFPath – this is the full path of the actual encrypted PDF file.
*   OutputPDFPath – this is the path where the exported PDF along with extensions will be saved.

As a Result, the activity will return a true or false message based on the conversion.

Please note that password protected encrypted files are not handled.

  

  

Note: The functionalities are offered to allow robots to interact directly with existing business processes. They are not designed to provide new information security paradigms, but instead a means to allow the robot to interact with the existing security that is being deployed within a business.

Convert and export most certificate-based encrypted PDF files to non-encrypted PDF files

The Image Compression custom activity uses the System.Drawing library to reduce file sizes. If the size of an image is larger than needed you can compress it by using this activity.

It includes the below parameters:

*   DestinationPath: the output image path along with its extension
*   ImagePath: the actual image that needs to be compressed
*   Quality: the scale changes from 1 - 100
*   Result: the return conversion result expressed as a Boolean variable
