• One of the overall winners for UiPath's Global Powerup automation hackathon (Top 3 & Machine Learning component Special Prize) awarded in London during the premier UiPath Forward event. • Led a global team in developing automation platforms using AI/cognitive services, RPA and .NET. Served as global technical lead for conversational interface automation project charters. • Father of 3M’s 1st Enterprise Chatbot deployed to Azure and integrated it with RPA. Made it a possibility of materializing the conception of the company’s chatbot solution in which according to the industry benchmark, the project is projected to have market value of €50,000. • Engaged the stakeholders and establishing value proposition by initiating the proof of concept and kicking off pilot innovations using emerging technologies. The conception of the first chatbot led to creating innovative solutions for other high-valued projects in 3M accelerating the company’s journey to digital transformation. • Spearheaded and served as the technical lead for the three Global Service Centers (EMEA, Americas, APAC), developing a cognitive platform (deployed to Azure) for automating department specific query responses (FAQ Knowledgebase Translator chatbot). This aimed to unburden agents of manually answering frequently asked questions from users and revolutionize/future-proof the company’s communication channels. The project is also driven in order to reduce the manual work and increase productivity in the GSCs and contribute to value realization. • Architected and implemented an automation solution utilizing chatbot + RPA that has been fully supported and adopted globally.The solution has made considerable impact in overall productivity (increased by 200%) by eliminating manual work in performing simple yet repetitive tasks served thru a widely popular and effective channel, which is instant messaging. The result – instant productivity thru instant RPA. • Designed and successfully deployed an RPA bot augmented into a .NET VSTO solution aiming to automate the deactivation, validation, email notification and template creation of a global business process in master data management. This automation solution initiative has been adopted globally and has significantly increased productivity at a global scale by reducing processing time by 92%; from 65 mins to 5 mins and diminished manual intercession, thereby reducing human errors. • Designed and led knowledge transition programs for cognitive automation solutions for the global team.
