It’s recommended that we have a Dictionary set up for the key to act as column and value of dictionary as value match in Database.

The bolded text can be obtained in either AND or OR format as per requirement using the component which is obtained in String format(Data Type).

We are using Data-Table(DT) for creating possible formats and separators. The separators are not compulsory for executing the component.

  

Input:

*   **In\_Date\_string\*:** Date that needs to be converted
*   **DesiredDateFormat\_string\*:** Desired Date Format of the In\_Date\_string
*   **PossibleDateFormat\_DT\*:** Possible date formats that can be present, must match with the In\_Date\_String
*   **PossibleSeparator\_DT:** Separators that can come up in dateFormat such as "**/,:,-**"

  

**Example:**

A date added in dd/mm/yyyy = **27/12/1990** with the desired otuput in MMMM dd,yyyy format will be generated as **December 27,1990**.

The Activity requires a string as input and provides two outputs from the website as Website Status - "Success", "Failure", etc. - with the Unique http response code as per the requirement of the user.

It can be used when we need to check the status of bulk URLs on fixed interval and also for automating testing of URL status.

1\. **Get Process Name:**

In this process the activity will be providing the list of all the processes running in the background in Data-table format.

2\. **Process Running Status:**

In this process the activity will be providing the output in Boolean format if the process running or not in background, allowing the user to make a decision.

3. **Start if Not Started:**

In this process we will check if the process is running or not based on which - if not present - the process will be started.

4\. **Kill and Restart:**

In this process we will check if the process is running or not based on the Boolean value. The process will be restarted if the value is provided as True in input.

The Activity contains four sub-components to allow the developer to speed up the process execution and to avoid killing the process if possible

Solution show with normal extract using Pyhton and Tesseract and Parallel Processing. The difference highlighted to extract 4 invoices was 6 seconds. Now if we increase the invoices by a huge difference the value will be increased to a lot which can used by bot to process other things.

Parallel Processing method for extracting information done via OCR Tesseract!!! The processing helps cut time period with a huge difference.

The activites provide unique basic functionalities which can be used extensively as per specific usecases. 

  

1\. **DistinctDT**\- Remove any repetative occurance of rows from the DT(DataTable) for a specified or N-number of column names.

2\. **CommonDT**\- Extract common rows from two same DTs, allowing users to identify what's common.

3\. **UncommonDT**\- Extract uncommon rows from two same DTs, allowing users to identify what's uncommon.

This package covers the following 3 activities: Distinct, Common and Uncommon

**INPUT:**

**AccountName: (String) -** Account Name used for the Outlook - Default is null

**Wait\_Time: (Time Span) -** The time that the bot needs to wait before ending the process - Default is 00:02:00

  

**OUTPUT:**

**Status: (Boolean)** 

Status ---&gt; True in case the Outbox is empty 

Status ---&gt; False in case the Outbox is not empty in the given timeframe

  

The Status can be used as per the developers usage.

This package contains a Wait Activity for checking if a mail was sent at the end of a process. The activity is concentrated right now on Outlook only.

This custom activity has two sub activities for users to choose from:

1\. Delete Old File

2\. Move Old File

  

**Input**: 

1\. File\_Format (String): Example “\*.png”, “\*.xlsx”, “\*.csv”.

2\. Folder\_Path (String)

3\. Number\_of\_Days (Int32): The threshold days count. Any file which is higher than the number of days will be either moved    
or deleted as per the user's choice. Example: 15, 30.

4\. Move Folder Path(String): The move folder path.

  

**Output**:

Count (Int32): Number of files deleted or moved.

File Name (DT): File that were being deleted or moved are being stored in this DT.

This package can be used to delete/move files from a particular folder if it crosses the threshold date. The highest usage can be for deleting old files from the folder thus allowing to save space.
