At this moment this is the only fully working set of activities based on EWS for UiPath:

*   handles up to 500 folders (500 is max for Exchange server).
*   reads as many messages from server as you want (there is no limit to 1000 messages!), also from Sharedmailbox.
*   saves all file attachments, filtering by extension if needed, and removing forbidden chars from file names, so file is saved instead of throwing exception (i.e. a lot of invoicing systems use forbidden characters for invoices files names).

It contains the following activities:

*   **Convert String To SecureString** **\-** it is not recommended to store your password as string, but if you have to, this activity will convert it to SecureString.
*   **Create Exchange Connection -** allows you to create a connection to Exchange Server which can be used later with other activities. You can connect using Autodiscover or providing domain and server address.
*   **Get Exchange Messages -** retrieves messages from server and returns as List. Can pull as many messages as you want (not limited to 1000), handles also SharedMailBox.
*   **Move Message -** move e-mail message from current location to provided mailfolder.
*   **Save Attachments -**  save all attachments from provided . Attachments can be filtered by extensions, optionally, files can be renamed if a file with the same name exists or can be always renamed. If the original names should be kept, the forbidden chars will be removed from the name if there are some.
*   **Retrieve Attachment -** retrieve attachments from messages (.eml or .msg) saved on drive and saves them in a provided location. Additional filtering/renaming options like above are available.

MIT licensed package containing several activities to manage mailbox using Microsoft Exchange Web Services (EWS).

The input required for the activity is MailMessage, which returns a dataset with all the tables in the mail. If the mail does not contain any table, the return dataset would have 0 tables in it.

  

If the table has the  tag in it, it will become the table header. If the "has headers" property is checked, the first row would be made the table header. Otherwise the table would have default headers as column 0, column 1 and so on.

This custom activity allows to extract all the tables from an email body.

Read email and download attachments is one of the most common functionalities that we come across in almost every RPA implementation.

Email with a specific subject is set as a trigger point to start the process execution. The Bot reads only those emails from Outlook inbox that have subjects that match the search criteria mentioned in the config file.

The Bot reads one email at a time and marks the status as read. It does not change the status of the other emails present in the Outlook Inbox.

If an email has one or more attachments, it creates the folder Data\\Input inside project repository and saves the attachment(s) in it.

Successfully tested the execution for different customers. It works very well without any change in code. It can be run standalone or can be integrated with any project.

A ready-to-use UiPath workflow for Outlook Automation that can be integrated easily with any project across different customers without any modification.

*   **Mark as Read/Unread -** Mark a given email (or a list of email messages) as read or unread.
*   **Forward Mail Message -** Forward an email (or a list of email messages) with a protected and original email body.
*   **Mark as Task -** Mark an email (or a list of email messages) as a task and select a due date.
*   **Add Category -** Quickly add a category to an email (or a list of email messages). If the needed category does not exist, the activity will create it with a specified category color.
*   **Get MailMessage with UID (UniversalID) -** Retrieve an email with its UID. Use it when you need to get the UID of an email stored in the Orchestrator queue or database.

The package provides two activities:

*   convert MailMessage objects to .MSG files .
*   convert .EML files to .MSG files. 

The conversion from MailMessage to .MSG files has limitations in the form that HTML embedded images and objects are displayed as clickable links, while .EML to MSG parsing works.
