Overview
The solution demonstrates the capabilities of using Amazon Alexa for Robotic Process Automation. It is an assistant to the company that communicates with customers using voice while all RPA commands are executed on the backend and are based on the users response.
Amazon Alexa will interface with the backend which currently is composed of Amazon Lex and Lambda, used for Text understanding and fulfillment respectively. Once the backend has gathered enough information about the users intentions then it sends a request to a NodeJs server that executes an UiPath xaml file.
