Overview
The Convert My File to Another Format automation allows you to quickly convert a file into another commonly used format. It prompts you for the original file, asks you to select the conversion type, and converts the file to your designated output folder. The automation is great for converting files prior to uploading them, changing files to editable formats or ensuring all files are in one consistent type.
Available conversions:
- Word to PDF
- PDF to Image (one image file per page)
- PDF to Word (text only)
- Image to PDF
- Image to Word
- Excel to CSV
- CSV to Excel
- CSV to JSON
- CSV to XML
- JSON to CSV (JSON file must be in JSON-array format)
- JSON to XML (JSON file must not be in JSON-array format)
- XML to JSON
Beginning with version 2.2.0, we have migrated this automation to Windows (.Net 5.0 or higher) project.
If you need the Windows-Legacy project version, please download version 2.1.0.
